Detailed Product Description

Outline:
The organic composite insulating high voltage disconnect switch, applies to the corresponding voltage and current load of power systems for electrical transmission and distribution lines and equipment connected or disconnected use, in order to overhaul the power system or power failure, indemnify the security of staff.

Use and the use of:

HGW9 series of outdoor high voltage disconnect switch (hereinafter referred to disconnect switch) for single-phase or three-phase 50 HZ, rated voltage at 10 ~ 15 kV, rated current at 200 ~ 100 A of the power system, as there are hours of a no-load voltage circuit and overload protection use. The environmental conditions of the using site are as follows:

1st, outdoors;
2nd, ambient temperature: +400C;
3rd, thealtitude shall not exceed 4000 m;
4th, the maximum wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s;
5th, three-level and below filthy areas;
6th, the earthquake intensity shall not exceed eight.

Structure and principle:         

     Disconnect switch is composed by the base, the post insulator, conductive part and insurance hook. There has insurance hook on the knife, it will be closedown by theirselves after switching in, will not split-gate due to their own weight and the electric power, disconnect switch carries on the  closing and spliting operation with the hook stick.

The post insulator is overall die formed with organic silicon insulating material, in addition to the general disconnect switchs common characteristics, but also a beautiful shape, small size, light weight, anti-aging, pollution-resistant properties, and the advantages of  without damage durning installation and  transportation, may greatly enhance the safety and reliability of the systems operation.
